As a self-taught, emerging artist, I like to enter competitions and enter open calls and I often exhibit in group exhibitions throughout the year, all around the UK, however, I also have artworks on display in Mercia Fine Art Gallery in Winchcombe too. I joined the gallery in 2025 and it's fantastic, as an emerging artist, to be represented by a wonderful gallery, amongst world renowned artists. 'Pastures New...'
inspired by my trips to Yorkshire in 2025, whilst exhibiting at the Open Gallery. After delivering my artwork, I stopped for food at the Winterburn Public House and the view from there was incredible, I knew I had to paint it.
Painted in acrylic on board with palette knives, as well as brushes.
'Pastures New...' has been shortlisted for a prize from the Art And Color Magazine from Amarica...

'Pastures New...' has been selected for the 'Landscape ' Exhibition at the Open Gallery in Halifax. It will be on display from 23rd September - 10th October.

'Fancy A Paddle...' has been selected for an upcoming exhibition at the Fronteer Gallery in Sheffield. The exhibition will be running from 29th September - to the 8th October.

'View Across Malvern...' has been selected for a group exhibition at the Cube Community Centre in Malvern. It will be on display throughout October.

'Down To The Sea...'
Has enjoyed the summer down in Torquay in Devon at the Artizan Gallery. It was on display in their 'Peninsula 'Exhibition earlier this year.
This is the third time this artwork has been selected for an exhibition, as it was selected for the 'Spring 'Exhibition at the Open Gallery in Halifax in 2025 and it also featured in my first solo exhibition in Worcestershire in 2025 too.
Acrylic on canvas, painted with palette knives as well as brushes. This is my biggest canvas to date. It depicts the iconic landscape of the rugged coastline of the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall.
Follow me down the path, past the boat, down to the sea. There are people there already, looking through the shingle, so let's join them, who knows what 'treasure ' we will find; shells, driftwood or hopefully some sea glass...

'The Shoal...'
I exhibited 'The Shoal...'at the Fronteer Gallery in Sheffield at their 'Water ' Exhibition earlier this year.
It was one of four that was selected as a FINALIST at the Artful Weasel Studio Gallery Exhibition in Bristol earlier this year.
I also exhibited with it at the Fox Yard Studio Gallery in Suffolk at their 'Light And Shadows 'Exhibition in 2025.
'The Shoal...' also featured in my first solo exhibition in Worcestershire in 2025 too.
I love how the light sparkles on the water, showing what wonders are beneath the sea, as you take a glimpse over the harbour wall and spot a shoal of fish darting around.

Acrylic on board. This was my first attempt of using palette knives, as well as brushes.
This was one of four pieces that became a FINALIST at the Artful Weasel Studio Gallery Exhibition in Bristol, earlier this year.
It also appeared in my first solo exhibition in Worcestershire too.
I love the colours of the sunrise as the light starts to appear and how it shimmers on the water. I love how the reflections are captured with the ripples of the sea.

A commission from a returning customer, this was a pleasure to paint, especially as I have a fondness for the coast myself. Painted in acrylic on canvas with palette knives, as well as brushes, the iconic landmark looks fabulous nestled in the turquoise water and fringed with the grass verge on top of the cliff.

A commission from a returning customer, this is acrylic on canvas and painted with palette knives, as well as brushes. This was a pleasure to paint, especially being a lover of Cornwall myself.
The light shining through the famous doorway of Tintagel, as you approach the steps, the view of the rugged coast below. Just mind your step as you enter.

This was created especially for a charity auction, which helped raise £6798 for good causes!
I was inspired by a glorious sunrise seen from my back garden, where all I could hear was a blackbird singing his heart out.

Inspired by my trips to the Cotswolds, whilst visiting Mercia Fine Art Gallery, discussing my artwork, this was painted especially for the gallery. This is acrylic on canvas, painted with palette knives as well as brushes. The Cotswolds is a stunning place, particularly in the spring with the flowers and the cherry blossom, who wouldn't want to spend time in the park, surrounded by such beauty!

This is the piece that started me on my artistic journey. A quality giclee print of my original artwork, created free hand with pastels on black paper.
This piece got me recognised in America where it won an AWARD and has been printed into a magazine!
This was exhibited at the Open Gallery in Halifax in their 'Open 'Exhibition in 2025.
This was also exhibited with the Animal Art Space Exhibition, earlier this year.
The original was commissioned to create a piece for a recently decorated bedroom. I was given photographs of the decor and given free rein on my design. The client was ecstatic with the finished piece and gave me permission to have this design printed, as a wildlife portrait is very popular. This design is now my most popular design and has also been printed onto a selection of giftwares that are available from the Giftware Store.

I was commissioned to paint a tiger for a client's mother's birthday gift. I was excited and nervous about this honor, so, I created 'Mesmerised...' as the practice piece, whilst the client was deciding on materials and design they wanted. They liked my practice piece, so decided on pastel on black paper for their design too! - I'm pleased to say that the chosen design was well received. Such a wonderful birthday present 🎁!
'Mesmerised...' has since been exhibited with the Association Of Animal Artists Online Exhibition, earlier this year.
It has also been exhibited at the Animal Art Space Exhibition, earlier this year too.
